• Fill out a simple questionnaire to provide the information we need to prepare your legal documents and email back to us.
• Our document specialist review your answers, create your documents, get your signature, submit your papers to court and serve the other party by mail or arrange personal service.
• Our document specialist drafts all required California documents including disclosures, Marital Settlement Agreement and all supporting documents for a final divorce judgment.
• You come to our office or we work remotely.  NOW YOU HAVE A CHOICE!

Our employees are law school graduates who were trained by Judges and who were volunteers in courtrooms and Self-help Clinics in Santa Clara, Alameda, and Contra Costa Counties.
